Aruth Ventilation Systems is an industrial-grade manufacturer headquartered in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. We specialize in energy-efficient, high-performance ventilation solutions including HVLS Fans, Exhaust Fans, Wall-mounted Fans, and Industrial Air Coolers.

2. Product Usage

Our products are designed for commercial and industrial environments only. Misuse, modification, or installation without certified personnel voids any product warranty and may result in system inefficiencies or hazards.

3. Orders & Pricing

• All orders must be placed via our official website or authorized channels.
• Prices are exclusive of GST, shipping, and installation fees unless otherwise mentioned.
• We reserve the right to revise product pricing and specifications at any time without notice.

4. Payment Terms

Payment must be completed before dispatch unless credit terms are pre-approved. We accept bank transfers, UPI, NEFT/RTGS, and select digital gateways. Delays in payment may incur 2% monthly interest.

5. Delivery & Shipping

Estimated delivery timelines are shared after order confirmation. We are not responsible for delays caused by logistics providers or unforeseen events. Products should be inspected upon delivery and any damages must be reported within 48 hours.

6. Installation & Maintenance

Installation must be carried out by trained professionals. We offer support or guidance upon request. Misinstallation or failure to follow our guidelines voids any support or warranty coverage.

7. Returns & Refunds

• Return requests must be made within 7 days of receipt for defective goods only.
• Returned products must be unused and in original packaging.
• Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after inspection.

8. Warranty Terms

We offer a standard 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only. Damage due to wear and tear, corrosion, or mishandling is not covered. Extended warranty options are available upon request.

9. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Aruth Ventilation Systems be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profit or business disruption. Our liability is strictly limited to product replacement or refund.

10. Intellectual Property

All materials including product visuals, trademarks, and documentation are the intellectual property of Aruth Ventilation Systems. Unauthorized use, duplication, or resale is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

11. Compliance & Local Laws

All buyers must ensure local compliance with industrial and safety regulations applicable in their respective states or countries. We are not responsible for non-compliance issues at the user's location.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic disruptions, or government restrictions.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
